SE Region Meetup and BS Thread

As this is the very first thread for the SE Region, there may not be a lot of people to participate, but it's always good to explore additional avenues of talking about trucks!

To start off, does anyone know of a local welder around the Pensacola area?

I've been telling my buddy in South Georgia (where I grew up) to join up on the site......he hasn't, but he's got a Jeep and a KLR, mostly does KLR trips vs. jeep'n.

They do a lot of riding in the Ocala Nat. Forest (I think that's it).

I am jealous. You live in that area? (it says your location is Corvallis). I remember it to be beautiful down there!! (30 years ago)

There is no best vehicle. It depends on the terrain, tires, driver, luck, and lots of happenstance.

Four wheeler magazine has a recommended trip in Arkansas. I can personally attest to the fun of this ride, out at least the north half of it. I had a lot of fun in that area for years (my old stomping grounds). The magazine did a full spread (cover shot) of the ohv area in hot springs a few issues back; it'd be nice if they covered ohv area between Fayetteville and Eureka Springs. I hear it's wonderful. Road trip anyone?
