Considering Dick cepek extreme country tires.
    They'd be 37 12.5r17

There's a guy who's reviewed a bunch of tires and loves the Dick Fun Country Tires. He seemed somewhat reputable as he had experience with many tires. They are made by Cooper Tires. I had the Cooper ST Maxx tires. They were a study tire. But didn't conform to the terrain well. And rolled hard (horrible MPG) despite the hybrid tread design. Would be hard to spend money on them again...

    What rig is getting 37s?

There is no best vehicle. It depends on the terrain, tires, driver, luck, and lots of happenstance.

I know I never post, so you guys have no real reason to trust my opinion, but I have been around a lot of off road tires and have formed some pretty simple criteria for tire selection. If you are looking for a true off road tire and it doesn't say, BFgoodrich, Goodyear, or Interco on the tire just walk away. I have pretty much convinced myself that 37 swamper trxus mt's are going on the Bronco next.

I was at 4wheel parts today. I now understand why you would be interested in those extreme country's. Good looking tire. No idea on the compound but the pattern looks good.

Any update? What did you get? Need new tires for my truck and I'm thinking of getting the Dick Cepek or the General tires grabbers.
